About

2015 Trampolini

In the late summer of 2015, in the western foothills of Amador County, a couple of biologists stumbled across this batch of Spanish Tempranillo grapes and set to work in their basement lab creating a fun yet balanced ruby-red wine with hints of plum and berries, aged 18 months in French Oak barrels.  Trampolini doesn't even need a food pairing.  It stands -- er, bounces -- on its own.
